body balance

... was HARD work!

i'm definitely feeling it today. muscles i didnt even know i had, are sore.

but don't worry. i wont give up (although i didnt manage to make it to the gym for weights today. my bad). i really enjoyed the class and i recommend it to everyone!!

although i really need to practice my tai chi moves.

i looked like a flailing stork.

now please excuse me while i go and soak my body in a hot bath...
